The turn of the month each year between January and February. A week where I can just completely indulge in movies from around the world. Flip longingly through the pages of the programme even though I already made my choices. Sit in uncomfortable chairs of temporary theaters chosen to accomodate the 200.000 visitors of one of the worlds largest film festivals. Discover new themes, feelings and filmmakers.

I saw the movie Creation the other day and was a bit disappointed. I think Paul Bettany is a great actor but when the script is this bad not even the actors can make it better. Since i don’t know if you’ve seen it yet i won’t talk any specifics. Don’t know if you’re a spiritual person but i am a hardcore atheist and Darwin is one of my many heroes. This movie focused mostly about his illness and not what the man actually accomplished which is a shame. Hopefully they don’t show this movie in schools because it won’t make any kids interested in science. Too depressing! :/
