Cup My Cake

Even if I’m leaning more towards the cooking side I don’t mind an occasional slip. My mother had a carrotcake-with-frosting craving and asked me to pick some up at the grocery store. Buy it?! How hard can it be to make it yourself, I thought. Not particularly and I could crown it with my favorite berry (after Lingon and Blackberry). Here’s how it went down. Just google carrot cake/morotskaka and skip the boring regular cake pans. Divide approx. half the cup with batter and let sit in the preheated 200C oven, mid-section for 10-12 minutes. Just pierce it with a toothpick - if it comes out dry you’re good. I just used this recipe. Yum.
